Breakheart Reservation...our hidden gem in Saugus

I took this photo the other day while walking through Breakheart. I've lived in the area for almost 40 years before I discovered this awesome spot for adults, kids and dogs too! It made me think of all the other spots that I may be missing! Where are your local spots that are tucked away but worth the trip?

NEWSFLASH: There Is NO Inventory!!!

TweetShare TweetShareI was in a conversation with one of the most productive agents in our area recently and he told me that there were “no homes for him to sell”. I thought he had a brain cramp. Look at all

I came across this article and I thougt it was perfect for Melrose! Yes, there are plenty of FOR SALE signs in this town but how many of them have been on the property for months(even years)! The first question a buyer asks is "what's wrong with it?" and assume that if its been sitting for that long, it must be a lemon. Don't let your home become another stale listing! Call me for an honest opinion of your home's worth! The RE/MAX Heritage reputation of great marketing, expert negotiating and sharp pricing has made us the number one office in Melrose and Eastern Middlesex. I look forward to hearing from you!

My First Post-The first of many about Melrose, real-estate and so much more

Well, it's about time I started telling the world all about the great experiences of living in Melrose,MA. I will let you know what's going on in this city through the eyes of a wife, mother of two, and real estate agent! I may sometimes cross city limits and attempt to get on Route1 without incident, visit family and friends in the far away land of Medford, or get my Market Basket fix in Reading. I love these streets and I am happy to be part of this community!

Stay tuned for more... I am new to this so be gentle !

Oh, and a big THANK YOU to Bill Butler and Katherine Proulx for the swift kick to get this up and running! Cheers!
