Great new listing! Tired of high gas prices? Located just over 1/2 mile from the Melrose Highlands Train station, this classic colonial will steal your heart! Stop by the open house this Sunday 5/1/2011 and check out the awesome space inside and out! I look forward to seeing you there!
TweetShare TweetShareI was in a conversation with one of the most productive agents in our area recently and he told me that there were “no homes for him to sell”. I thought he had a brain cramp. Look at all
I came across this article and I thougt it was perfect for Melrose! Yes, there are plenty of FOR SALE signs in this town but how many of them have been on the property for months(even years)! The first question a buyer asks is "what's wrong with it?" and assume that if its been sitting for that long, it must be a lemon. Don't let your home become another stale listing! Call me for an honest opinion of your home's worth! The RE/MAX Heritage reputation of great marketing, expert negotiating and sharp pricing has made us the number one office in Melrose and Eastern Middlesex. I look forward to hearing from you!
